Payment Terms: Cleaning bill to be submitted at the end of the month and Payment of which to be made within first week of every next month.

Other terms and conditions:

  • 6 days in a week, If worker in Holidays O/T to be paid by you @ Tk. 30/- per hour per person.
  • Salaries, bonus, Accommodations for the cleaners to be borne by us.
  • Dresses to be provided by us.
  • Replacement to be made at quickest possible time.
  • Inspector to be sent to monitor the work.
  • Cleaning Chemicals, Materials (except Toiletries) to be provided by us.
  • Over time to be paid by you if workers work more than 08 hours over time will be count @ TK. .30/= per hour person.
  • Two Festival Bonuses equal to one month salary to be paid by you during the Eid-Festival. In this context, a separate bill to be submitted to you before Eid Festival.
