Snap press

• Sew on Snap Buttons and Snap Press -Use only original die sets given by supplier (stick the die set number on the attaching machine). ..
• Check snaps for exposed prongs, uneven layer/surface open closers pressure and rotation.
• Minimum strength is 17 lbs for 10 seconds on after wash and 20 lbs for 10 second on before wash garments.
• Sewing Software for Garment Line Input.
• Conduct 100% visual check on buttons attached for complete stitch pattern. Complete 2 rabbit ears with knot two hole button stitch and losses stitches.
• Every 1st button attached after bobbin change should be recorded in a mock for loose thread tension.
• Do not keep any kind of metals, example-trimmers, scissors, staplers, etc. Inside the needle free zone.
• Garments passed through the needle detector should be packed / cartoned strictly inside the needle free zone.
• Store and record needle infected garments / panels in a “red wooden bin” at needle detector area.
• For any needle detector issues, please contact task force co-ordinator.
• Last button of every bobbin end, should be removed and reattached for loose thread tension.
• Clean the bobbin case regularly twice a day on all lock stitch button machines for fluff and dirt.
• Minimum pull strength is 17 lbs for 10 seconds on after wash and 20 lbs for 10 seconds on before wash garments.
• For any button issues, please contact task force co-ordinator.
• Do not re-snap at any time.
