These tiny water droplets quickly absorb the energy (heat) present in the environment and evaporate, becoming water vapor (gas). The energy (heat) used to change the water to gas is eliminated from the environment, hence the air is cooled.

In process inspection for the tension test and keep the records in the risk analysis report. Sample selection should be as per the. But zero tolerance.
Initially when machine setting or if any adjustment, factory
needs to make 10 mock ups for testing. Once machine is set factory needs to
test the machine for consecutive 05 passes for fty to start bulk. Test specimen
needs to be attached to the risk analysis format
Everyday n the morning when production starts initial 05
production garments need to be checked and need fty to record the results in
the Risk analysis report. if any single defective unit , fty needs restart with
mock up process
Every day after lunch fty needs select sample qty as per the factory and conduct the tension test, record the data in Risk analysis report. If any single defective unit, fty needs to rescreen all the produced garments in the morning hours. fty should adjust the machine and restart the mock up process.
