  • Oversee, ensure, coordinate and supervise the functions of Human Resource,
  • Personnel, Administration and overall Compliance related issues centrally for the
  • entire Group.
  • Supervise recruitment, selection, placement and promotion of employees,
  • compensation and benefits, employee relations and negotiation strategies; and
  • personnel information systems.
  • Implement laws, legal & buyer codes, precedents, Government regulations, executive
  • orders & BEPZA rules.
  • Monitor day to day activities related to Admin, HR & Compliance for new projects.
  • Assist and report to MD/DMD in regards to developmentation & implementation of HR
  • policy for smooth operation of the factory, day to day HR activities, and proper
  • utilization of manpower and to prepare manpower budget. Hiring manpower for the
  • company and controlling payroll on the basis of manpower budget.
  • nvolved in job allocation, counseling and career guidance, preparation of hr director jobs

  • administration including wages and salary administration.
  • Oversee transport related matters.
  • Supervise visa, work permit, security clearance, custom passbook and air ticket for a
  • large number of expatriate employees.

  • Assist / participate in designing / formulation of Policy / Standing Order Procedure
  • (SOP) of Human Resources Management.
  • Supervise and monitor attendance of staff on a regular basis and ensure that there is
  • no lapse.
  • Supervise, coordinate/monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower
  • plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement. Also ensure that all
  • appointments are done in due time.
  • Systematize, implement and carry out an effective and timely performance appraisal of hr director jobs
  • of staffs especially of new staffs as per performance appraisal policy.
  • Oversee the pool of HR staff working in the factory and Corporate Head Office and to
  • supervise & monitor their work.
  • Identify poor performing staffs as well as promising staffs and appraise for necessary
  • action.
  • Gather intelligence/ information about staffs on any adverse attitude, morale,
  • behavior, grievances, disputes on disagreement and adoption of SOP and coordinate
  • actions.
  • Verify/ coordinate all recommendations from the factories in connection with
  • recruitment, selection, placement, promotion, increment and separation cases.
  • Participate in all types of routine employee disciplinary matters for smooth handling of
  • Industrial Relations / Labor Relations matters.
  • Coordinate Employee Counseling and Motivation program in regards to absenteeism,
  • turnover, general rules & regulations of the factory, employment terms & conditions,
  • workplace code of conduct and productivity improvement.
  • Ensure showcause notice/ warning letters are issued and inquiry proceedings are
  • carried out in the factories as per legal procedure.
  • Monitor and ensure a transparent leave management of staff in the factories and CHO
  • (Corporate Head Office).
  • Analyze training needs, develop and coordinate training/orientation scheme in the
  • factories along with TOD (Training & Organizational Development) department. Also
  • participate to conduct various training program.
  • Conduct/monitor employee exit interviews to identify actual reason for leaving.
  • Organize/coordinate HR Officers monthly review meeting for assigned factories & CHO
  • Monitor that all HR related data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files,
  • Books & Registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per
  • company’s HR policies and procedures.
  • Monthly analysis and comparison of factory operating cost, cost per worker and cost
  • per machine, rate of absenteeism, migration and turnover of workers and provide
  • feedback accordingly.
  • Identify pilferage, security lapses and any other irregularities in the assigned factories
  • and report /coordinate actions.
  • Coordinate with the Govt. agencies in regards to troubleshooting and smooth
  • operation of HR and hr director jobs.
  • Monitor monthly profit and loss preparation and production loss tracking for individual
  • factory.
  • Oversee sewing machine maintenance department (new machine procurement, spare
  • parts purchase, overall coordination) for smooth function of all factories.
  • Oversee, ensure, coordinate and supervise the functions of Human Resource,
  • Personnel, Administration and overall Compliance related issues of 3300 employees.
  •  Sound knowledge of policies and practices involved in personnel/ human resource
  • functions. This includes recruitment, selection, training, and promotion regulations
  • and procedures, compensation and benefits packages, labor relations and negotiation
  • strategies and personnel information systems.
  • Coordinate, conduct interview, plan, direct, supervise and coordinate activities of
  • subordinates and staff related to employment, compensation, labor relations and
  • employee relations
  • Sound knowledge of laws, legal & buyer codes, precedents, government regulations,
  • executive orders & BEPZA rules.
  • Oversee and implement BEPZA instruction/Labour Laws and Compliances
  • (Employment policies, hours of work Overtime, wage and salary, benefits, child labor,
  • Health & Safety issue etc.)
  • Conduct training and develop awareness programs for employees on a regular basis.
  • Assist and report to Head of HRD and Chief Financial Officer in regards to
  • development & implementation of HR policy for the smooth operation of the factory,
  • day to day HR activities, and proper utilization of manpower and prepare manpower
  • budget. Hiring manpower for the company and controlling payroll on the basis of
  • manpower budget.
  • Involved in job allocation, counseling and career guidance, preparation of job
  • description and performance appraisals for the employee. Supervise the personnel
  • administration including wages and salary administration.
  • Deal and negotiate with employees in regards to various issues & problems. Handle
  • complaints, arbitrating disputes, and resolve grievances etc.
  • Carry out and follow up on tasks assigned by Management.
  • Deal with WRWC (worker representative and welfare committee)
