BATCH CODING
It is the suppliers responsibility to ensure that any
product being supplied to Auto Garments which falls into any of the following
categories comply with the batch coding requirements.
Continuity Garments

Continuity Garments
In addition to the above requirements, Press Fastener With press fasteners Data Sheets must be submitted to the relevant technologist for each new production run.
Toys
Where a toy is produced in more than one production run or a repeat order is placed on a toy, each production run must be identified by a batch code attached to the toy on a permanent label. A full test report to EN71 must be carried out on each production run and submitted to Auto . Accessories/ Dressing If a style is repeated over more than one production
Up Outfits
run then each production run must have a batch code attached on a ermanent label. Where styles are Where batch coding is required, the batch should be identified with a number indicating the production run, a forward slash and the last two figures of the year e.g. The first run produced in 2004 would be identified as 01/04. The identification must be on a durable label permanently attached to the product without obstructing any other labeling information.

must be identified as described
in the Batch Coding section.Every production run must be tested to Auto
requirements for toys. If accessories and fancy dress product are
repeated over more than one season then they must be retested each season.
Where
a product does not fall clearly into any of the areas outlined then the Fabric
Technology Department must be contacted and the testing required will be
confirmed.

*seams should be flat felt because this garment is not wrinkle free we are using closed serge on wrinkle free shirts to improve wrinkle free apperance *slits should be 4″ please review *bring oversize body length to spec *bring all other measurements to spec *please proceed to PSWT sample with above corrections and following pattern sent.
*Flat felt seam is incorrect should be front over back — PLEASE CORRECT
*dart is not updated the angle is wrong — PLEASE CORRECT
*Please send revised sample in Oversize for our review before proceeding to bulk
*Flat felt seam is incorrect should be front over back — PLEASE CORRECT

Objective
To motivate sewing workers to improve their performance as a team as well as improve their life standards through higher earning.
For a style running more than 15 days in a line, base efficiency will be as follows:
Base Efficiency

Sewing starting time for a certain style will be counted from last piece of the previous style & closing time will be the last piece of the running style. Start & end time will be determined by IE & PO.
Incentive will be calculated after completion of sewing of the style or after fifteen days of sewing, whatever comes first.
SMV of the product will be provided by IE dept.
Efficiency, Base efficiency, SMV generation will be calculated based on output from end table QC pass data and working hour from planning and man power data from HR department.
Quality requirements: The alter rate and rejection rate must be lower than or equal to 8% and 0.75% respectively to qualify for incentive.
NPT for fire drill & power shortage will be counted if any case it takes more than ten minutes. Time will be collected from HR & maintenance department.
No partial hour will be allowed for cellular line.
Base efficiency, incentive rate and defect rate will be adjusted according to corporate objectives periodically.
A sewing line will only get incentive for achieving higher efficiency than base efficiency.
The sewing line will get TK. 0.30 collectively for each additional SMV than SMV required for base efficiency.
SO & ASO will get incentive equally.
Supervisor will get twice the amount earned by each worker.
Input man will get the same amount earned by each worker

When resources are severely limited, these are valid and difficult questions. But these should be answered in the context of a rapidly changing world. Over the course of the last few centuries, the world has shifted from agricultural to industrial based societies, where efficiency in manufacturing has determined global economic influence. Over the last few decades, the world has been shifting from industrial to knowledge-based societies, where proficiency in creating and disseminating knowledge has been an increasingly predominant factor for national growth.
Before getting into specific issues concerning Digital Bangladesh, it is important to review the basic premises. We have difficult challenges in every sphere of our economic and social lives, and use of technologies will not necessarily make them go away. Technology is not a silver bullet; it is useful in some areas, mandatory in some and overkill in some others. The purpose of Digital Bangladesh policy-making should be to make clear distinctions between those three areas, and sometimes make hard choices if needed.
The phenomenon is well reflected through the shift in national goals of Malaysia, a country widely perceived to be on the forefront of transition countries. In 1991, the then leader Mahathir Mohamed declared that Malaysia would become a fully industrialized country by 2020. However, over the next decade, the national Vision 2020 was updated to reflect Malaysia’s aim to become a “knowledge society” rather than a fully industrialized nation.
