Denim Clothing
Denim clothing continues to
reinvent itself through various fabrications, finishes, and embellishments that
enhance its consumer appeal. Its continued and rising popularity has opened new
worlds of possibility for its uses, and denim is finding its way into home
fashion, being used in upholstery, decorative pillows, comforters, window
treatments, slipcovers for furniture or even the tabletop.
The majority of denim fabric
finishing with enzymes is currently done in a batch wise process to achieve
faded effects and soft feel. However, it might be possible to treat denim
fabric in a continuous-process range in the future, if advances in
biotechnology enable scientists to create extremely fast-acting and robust
cellulases, and if machine manufacturers can build special continuous-range
equipment with greater mechanical action.
As environmentally friendly processes consume less energy and raw materials and markedly reduce or even eliminate waste, the challenge to biotechnology is to provide tools that will enable to achieve these goals and thus ensure great industrial sustainability.

Airflow Dyeing Machine
Airflow Dyeing Machine – Discontinuous processing of textile substrates requires more water and energy compared to continuous processes. However, for a long time efforts are undertaken to optimise discontinuous process with respect to productivity, efficiency and also to minimise energy and water consumption respectively. This lead to dyeing jets. Thereby liquor ratios have been reduced step by step. The latest developments have liquor ratio of 1:3 (for woven and PES fabric) and 1:4.5 (for woven CO fabric), instead of 1:10-1:12. Besides, the airflow dyeing machine offers combination of high productivity and reproductively and reduction of water, chemicals and energy consumption. It is similar to IR Dyeing Machine
To achieve such low liquor ratio, within the (jet) machine, the fabric is moved by moisturised air or a mixture of steam and air only (no liquid) along with a winch.
Rinsing is carried out in a continuous manner. During the whole rinsing process, the bottom valve is opened and rinsing water is discharged without additional contact with the fabric (which is the case in conventional machine). This also allows the discharge of hot bath liquors, also after high-temperature dyeing at 130oC. Thus, in addition to time saving, optimum heat recovery can be performed. The fabric itself is processed with low tension and crease formation is minimised.
Due to lower liquor ratio, the new airflow-dyeing machine is expected to save up to 60% in water, and heating energy, 40% in chemicals, 35% in salts (and even 10% in dyestuffs).
The application in this technique needs investment in new dyeing machine. Existing machine can not be retrofitted. The machine can be used for both knit and woven fabric and for nearly kinds of textile substrates.
Not applicable to fabrics consisting of wool or wool blends with a percentage of more than 50% wool because of felting. It is not recommended to dye linen fabric because of scaling of the machine with linen fluffs.
The system has been approved for silk, but it is still rarely applied in practice.
Investment cost for airflow dyeing machines, compared to conventional dyeing jets are around one third higher.
For one storage chamber, 150kg, it costs USD 190500.
Two storage chambers, 450kg, it costs USD 240000.
Three storage chambers, 625kg, it costs USD 309500.
Four storage chambers, 900kg, it costs USD 362000.

Dyehouse automation includes automatic dispensing,
dissolving/mixing, transportation and distribution of liquid and solid dyes and
chemicals according to the customer’s recipes and procedures.
Reducing the usage of dyes and
chemicals with 10-15 %, because of:
accurate dispensing of recipes
(operators tend to over dispense to make sure the concentration is sufficient)
no reprocessing due to errors in
dispensing
no over production; if necessary
small batches can be prepared quickly and with good reproducibility
less losses due to bad house
keeping
Reducing the usage of clean water
with approx. 25 %, because of:
automated and effective rinsing
rinsing water is used as part of
the recipe to a large extent
Reducing the amount of rinsing
water, going to the drain with approx. 50 %, because of:
automated and effective rinsing
rinsing water is used as part of
the recipe to a large extent
Reducing the pollution degree of
the rinsing water, going to the drain, because of:
rinsing water is used as part of
the recipe to a large extent
if rinsing water is going to the
drain it is only the final rinsing water with little pollution
Users are textile printing, dyeing and finishing companies,
varying from small companies with only a few discontinuous dyeing machines to
large companies with several rotary printing machines and/or tens of
discontinuous or continuous dyeing machines, preparation ranges, finishing
stenters, etc.
The investment costs for dyehouse automation vary largely,
depending on production capacity and number of dyes and chemicals to dispense.
Return on investment is based on the following savings:
savings on costs of dyes and chemicals
savings on losses because of second choice or reprocessing
savings on standstill times of machines
savings on labour costs
savings on costs of clean water and drainage of water

Polyester dyeing machine
Polyester dyeing machine – The spent dye bath from polyester dyeing could be reused by adding make-up chemicals. The dye bath could be directly discharged into a storage tank kept at an elevated level (refer the enclosed picture), by the pressure of the machine itself and could be re-charged into the machine for the next batch by gravity. You can read Chemical Consumption for Dyeing Fabric
Figure showing the arrangement of piping and valves for dye reuse dyeing machines in polyester dyeing
This measure results in reduced water consumption, as well as reduced pollution load to the ETP (effluent treatment plant). In addition, reduced consumption of auxiliary chemicals in subsequent batches can also be achieved. Due to heat recovery, implementing this measure results in reduced energy consumption.
Applicable in the polyester, as well as wool dyeing, where acid dyes of dark shades are used. Number of times of re-use depends on the level of oil content in the fabric and also on the type of shade.
Savings of this option depends on the quantity of heat recovered and the reduction in quantity of auxiliary chemicals in subsequent dyeing operations, as well as the shade of dye used.
Substituting dyestuff for effective dyeing
Environmental problems surrounding the dyeing of fabrics can be reduced or even prevented in the materials procurement stage by means of a careful selection of chemicals, substitution of dyestuffs with more efficient ones and quality control of the raw materials.
Applying dyestuffs with a higher colour intensity (and, although with a lesser impact, with higher fixation rates) can reduce the amount of dyestuff disposed off through the wastewater considerably. Colour intense dyestuffs require less pigment to achieve the same colour intensity.
Reactive pigments contain one or more reactive groups, which increase the fixation rate of the dyestuff so less pigments are discharged with the wastewater. Reactive pigments can be used for dyeing materials such as cotton, polyamide and wool. Whenever possible, select reactive pigments with a stable fixation efficiency under variable process parameters such as liquor ratio, salt, pH level, temperature and time. Furthermore, selecting dyes with several reactive groups can result in a better fixation and resistance against hydrolysis. It is best to select pigments with a high colour intensity, combined with a high level of fixation and a low salt requirement. At the same time, the pigments should be easy to rinse out.
Substitution of pigments with a high metal content with pigments that are low in metals but with an equal or higher fixation level contributes to a reduction in the disposal of heavy metals into the wastewater. Apart from this, all other (auxiliary) materials necessary in the textile processing can also be screened as to their impact on the environment (e.g. formaldehyde, heavy metals, etc.).
A reduction in the emissions of polluting substances into the wastewater and air.
It is complicated to make such changes, and in the case of existing production processes with existing dyestuff recipes it is generally recommended not to make such changes. However, this measure is feasible in the case of new product designs or the optimization of existing production processes. Before implementing the substitution of chemicals, it is important to investigate the effects of the new materials on the quality of the end product and / or the production process. It is recommended to consult your materials supplier on this.
The investments related to materials screening and switching depend on the additional costs of the materials involved. Savings are possible by consuming less raw materials and auxiliary materials and a reduction of the wastewater fees.

Meeting Minute Rules
Meeting Minute Rules -During giving speech in the meeting minute rules you MUST take care that the listener does not get absent minded. No thoughts of the outside world should be in the meeting because the activity is the work of the ‘Darbar’. It is a very dangerous act. We sale Meeting Room Booking System for Buyer and Customers
Everybody MUST give full concentration on the meeting. Good quality of papers, pens etc. (stationary items) MUST be used in the meeting minute rules. There should be RED, BLUE and BLACK pen for marking different points differently. RED means mistakes, BLUE means need discussion etc.
Individual file MUST be maintained. We need to discuss about the mistakes which we did in the
earlier sessions in the meeting. We have to overcome the mistakes within next 24h
time. The same mistakes should not happen in future.
Everybody MUST be in a good, decent fashionable dressing.
Gorgeous cloths MUST be wearing during summer session. In winter formal
official dress (suite, tie and shoe) is preferable.
All attendees MUST use body deodorant and per need to conduct/arrange some kind of training to those who are fume before coming to the meeting. Lots of OTHER people are present in the meeting and so all attendees MUST be in holy/pure state of mind. Many important person observe our meeting.
‘Colored Stick’ (made of ‘Gozeri’ tree) will be there in the
meeting room when ‘Baba’ is present in the meeting. If anybody feel asleep, he/she MUST be punished either in
monetary or physical form (hitting by punch).
Business related discussion will be in a separate session. Need to establish the business proposal. Wrist watch is not allowed in the meeting. Mobile phone MUST be switched off. In case of emergency one may use by taking permission and going outside the room.
Actions
All communications in the meeting should be in English. Fluency in spoken & written English is a MUST. We need to conduct/arrange some kind of training to those who are lacking in English. Writing pad and pen with the Spiritualizer foundation logo should be prepared. Flowers should be there in the meeting room.
As our organization is profit based so we all legal papers should be prepared in proper ways. As this government is very strict in paper works that’s why we need to take extra precautions about the works. One person will lead a lot of other people, so we need to know how to instruct/lead. All need to know and practice 4 types of Tie-Knotting
techniques.
We need to add some Yoga related to the physical fitness of the attendees. Need to make donation to the SIDR victim to ‘Prothom Alo’ in the name of the Foundation to make our good activities (the foundation) visible. We need to organize blood donation program so that we can
help our ‘Zaker’ brothers.
All needs to take Yoga and also needs to show medical check-up report in every 6 months. We need to listen to the children about any misbehave/torture etc. they faced. Need to arrange special training about the meeting (Rules, Principles etc.) for the age-wise meeting attendees.
Need to arrange training on Cooking, ‘Hostoshilpo’ etc. for those who are educated but not engaged in formal jobs. Need to prepare visiting card after finalization of the foundation. Everybody will be designated by posts so that no questions will be asked by outside world.
Principles
Meeting attendees should be more responsible on their works.
Every task will be time bounded.
We need to concentrate more on the Meeting room environment. Without proper/good environment meeting will not be effective. That’s why we need a formal place not the home for meeting. Our own music (light instrumental music and the sound of flowing water) should be played during the meeting… …it has some psychological effect on our mind. The sound of flowing water will refresh our ‘Kolb’. Fresh flower should be present and also we need to concentrate on the cleanliness of the meeting room environment .With this meeting, all our problems will be solved. Both our social & spiritual problems will be solved by this meeting minute rules activity. Everybody should have different responsibilities. ‘Gagotik’ problem, Private problem should be discussed separately. If anybody feels shy then problem can be written to ‘Baba’ in letters also.
1st and main objective of this meeting minute rules is to get the satisfaction of Allah and His Rasul (SM). Those who work for themselves are the fools. Betrayers will be punished. Punishment is for his/her safety in the future. The age group (minimum/maximum age) of the children team will be decided by the Seniors.
