Ethical principles apply to all facilities of Auto
Group that produce readymade garments for exporting to foreign countries.
Auto Group recognizes that there are legal and
cultural environments in which factories operate. These ethical principles set
forththe basic requirements of Auto
factories in order to do business with its customers abroad.
Auto makes ceaseless effort to promote best
practices and continuous improvement of ethical issues in all its manufacturing
units. For easy access to the issues, Auto posted contents in the Notice Boards
of factories in both Bangla and English.
The issues are:

1 – Laws & Regulation :
Auto facilities operate in full
compliance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which they
manufacture.

2 – Employment Age :
Workers may not be younger than
18 years of age.

3 – Forced Labour :
Auto facilities do not use
involuntary or forced labour – indentured, bonded or otherwise.

4 – Wage and Benefits :
Auto facilities compensate their
employees fairly by providing compensation packages comprising wages and
benefits that, at the very least, comply with legally mandated minimum
standards. Each employee is provided with a clear, written accounting for each
pay period. Employees are compensated for overtime according to local law.

5 – Hours of Work :
Auto facilities ensure
employees’ hours worked shall not, on a regularly scheduled basis, exceed the
legal limitations on regular and overtime hours in the jurisdiction in which
they manufacture or 60 hours per week including overtime. Except in
extraordinary business circumstances, all employees are entitled to one day off
in every seven-day period.

Auto facilities provide their
employees with a clean, safe and healthy work environment, designed to prevent
accidents and injury to health arising out of or occurring during the course of
work. All Auto facilities comply with all applicable, legally mandated
standards for workplace health and safety. All the workers and staff enjoy free

7 – Discrimination :
Auto respects cultural
differences, employment – including hiring, remuneration, benefits,
advancement, termination and retirement based on ability and not on belief or
any other personal characteristics. Auto facilities do not discriminate on the
basis of race, age, colour, national origin, gender, religion, sexual
orientation, disability or similar factors.

8 – Harassment :
Auto facilities treat all
employees with respect and dignity. Auto facilities do not subject employees to
corporal punishment, physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or
abuse.

9 – Woman’s Rights :
Auto facilities ensure women
workers receive equal treatment in all aspects of their employment. Pregnancy
test is not a condition of employment, and pregnancy testing – to the extent
provided by Auto facilities – will be at the option of the worker. Employees
are not exposed to hazards that may endanger their reproductive health, and
employees are not forced to use contraception. Fully equipped CRECHES are
available for the female workers having babies.

10 – Monitoring and Compliance :
Auto facilities maintain on site all documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with Global Compliance Principles. Auto and its subsidiaries undertake affirmative measures, such as announced and unannounced on-site inspections of production facilities, to monitor compliance with Global Compliance Principles.
Conclusion
Auto facilities allow customer’s representatives full access to production facilities, employee records and employees for confidential interviews in connection with monitoring visits. In addition Thermal Manikin facilities respond promptly to reasonable inquiries by customer representatives concerning the subjects addressed in an audit.

General Guidelines for UPS
Switch
ON the UPS when you attend in office at morning
Switch
OFF the UPS when you leave after end of office time/leaving time.
Never
switch OFF power of Main Power Socket (Figure -1)
When
you stay office continuously and you don’t have any work in computer for
long time, you can shutdown your computer. When you will leave the place
the UPS switch should be OFF. As a
result the UPS will be full charged.
Please
do not run your Electricity Fan through UPS power system. The UPS is
designed for computer and computer peripherals only. It is not designed to
support other kind of loads, the connection of such may cause damage to
the load. So connect your Electricity Fan directly from main power socket.
Please
do not place liquids near the UPS.
Keep
it at least 1-inch distance from other equipments.
If you
have a new UPS, which is, provided within last one year and if there is
any improper signal/activities are found then please inform it to the IT
Department at Head Office.
If you
have a repaired UPS, which is provided within last six month and if there
is any improper signal/activities are found then please inform it to the
IT Department at Head Office.
Non-workable
UPS should disconnect from Main Power Socket (Figure -1) other wise the
UPS may burst or your computer equipment may burn.
When
Electricity is failed your UPS switch to back-up mode. Your computer
system should work continue to operate without interruption.
It is
important to save your data on the disk.
If you think you do not have any urgent document processing you can
shutdown your computer when the generator remain OFF. As a result your UPS
will support well in future.
It is
a good practice to turn off the power of your computer before finishing
the battery charge. The UPS life duration will be very short when it
provide power from backup mode.
Note:
General guideline is applicable for all UPS. Those are not
using Micro and Sendon brand they can apply the general guideline. And recently
they will get their customized suggestion.

– 1). Please inform to IT Department for any wrong installation.

Sendon UPS functionality:
Switch
on your Sendon UPS. The ON/OFF Led should be Green. The green LED
indicates that the voltage is normal. So you can operate your computer
system as usual.
When
the red LED remains ON for a few seconds and then turn off, it means the
internal control circuit has shutdown.
It is necessary to turn off the POWER switch for at least 6 seconds
to reset this condition. Also check whether the UPS is overloaded or short
circuited.
Both
the red LED and biff are on intermittently as long as the
UPS is in back-up mode.
When
the battery charge is finished, the UPS will shutdown itself. The red
LED and biff will be on for a few seconds and then turn
OFF.
Micro UPS Functionality:
There is three LED in the front of this UPS
AC Normal
Inverter
Charging
AC Normal: When the computer is run from AC via UPS
this LED is ON
Inverter: When electricity is not available then the
computer is run from battery /Inverter mode. On that time this LED is ON.
Charging: When battery will be charging this LED will
be on. The benefit of micro UPS is when you leave office you must switch off
your UPS. As a result instead of switch OFF of the UPS, it will be charging
during your leaving time.

Must write down Customer full name with details in all

Store dept. must be maintained requisition form for received
& supplied criteria with related other department.
Cutting department also maintain a requisition form when
feed cut panel to the sewing section.
Each & every quality inspector applies an identity code
(QC PASS) number after finished their product quality inspection both sewing
& finishing.
All pattern in used at sewing section, must be sealed & signed
by responsible QC in-charge.
When stock all fabric & accessories in store department,
must have a BIN Card where write full identity with details the stock fabric or
accessories.
