ROPE LENGTH :

  • Rope length in meter   = Fabric Weight / Weight per running meter
  • = Wt in kg*1000*100 / GSM*width in inch*2.54*2(tubular fabric)
  • = Wt in kg*1000*100 / GSM*width in inch*2.54(Open Width fabric)
  • = Wt in kg*1000*100 / GSM*width in centimeter*2(tubular fabric)
  • =             Wt in Kg*100000 / GSM*Width in Centimeter (for open width fabric)

REEL SPEED:

Reel speed       = Rope Length / Cycle Time . Read more about Chemical Consumption for Dyeing Fabric

CYCLE TIME:

Cycle time depends on dyestuff. For turquoise ( Blue 21) and R ( Sp) ( Blue 19) dyes I recommend cycle time 2.0 min and for other dyes I recommend 2.5 min. sss

MAXIMUM LOADING:

Max loading in Kgs = Rope Length ( in mtr)* GSMWidth in Inch2.54*2(for tubular)/ 100000

= Reel Speed*Cycle Time*GSM*Width in Inch*2.54*2(for tubular) / 100000
