Gravity Form Integration

Now you have good option to create different types of forms and integrate with hr support system to create new ticket every time multi type integrated forms has been submitted.

For this go to Gravity Option -> click on Add New -> Select Gravity Form

Ticket fields who has options e.g. Checkbox ,Dropdown, Radio Button, etc. must match option values of mapped hr support system field option values. You must consider this while creating a new form in Gravity Forms to edit each option and insert appropriate value for it. If value didn’t match then default value of custom field gets selected . To make your life easier we have listed label and value pair for each custom field. You can get list of all options and their values in hr help online system on Custom Field settings page.

File Attachment

User, Agent, Customer, Guest and other role need to attach file during creating a ticket.

Attachment Type: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, odt, xls, xlsx, mp3, m4a, ogg, wav, mp4, m4v, mov, wmv, avi, mpg, ogv, 3gp, 3g2, zip, eml

Attachment Size: It can be defined by user e.g. 2/3/4/5 Mb

Notification: When a customer will attach a file he should be notified about his attachment details like file size, type etc
