VigiPrint for Pattern Maker Software

Modaris V6R1 and Diamino V5R3 is pattern maker software which is a package which is run with both windows 7 and windows xp. There are different version of VigiPrint is found in market. You can install all version and test which is the best version for you. If you research with all version than you will get the best solutions for your customer. Modaris 7 and diamino 5 is a package which is run with  windows 7 only VigiPrintV2R4c18 Installation Process. We need to Install I Manager Software. HPGL conversion with Just print and VigiPrint. VigiPrint up to 6 default . VigiPrint updated for Lectra 7 and Lectra 6. VigiPrintV2R4c18 installation process is very essay. We are showing below how to install Vigiprint V2R4:

At first open the Software folder. Then click the exe file of VigiPrintV2R4c18. Then  click Next. Then  click Next. Then click Install. Then click Finish. Now Restart your computer.

VigiPrint Setting for Marker and Pattern

We need to create marker icon and marker module . First Double Click VigiPrint Icon from desktop. Now we are showing in detail how to configure vigiprint pattern maker software for Marker making and marker print below –

Library Access Icon for Marker

At first click Library Access Icon. You will get a from here. The form name is Data Location. Here you can change data location. Then go to marker info text box . Double click in this text box. Here you will and Click combo box for select marker option from this path – C:\Lectra\TextLib\Marker.Lab. Then click  up arrow and down arrow for select all text box. After selecting Marker.Lab click OK. After that click Save Icon.

Library Access Icon for Pattern

This is very similar to marker setting. For pattern section go to Marker info text box . Double click here and  Just select Pattern instead  of Marker . e.g. C:\Lectra\TextLib\Pattern.Lab. Click Down Arrow to slect all. After that click Save Icon.

Save Parameter Icon for Marker

At last you need to click Save Icon. You have to click this icon whenever you will change something.

Same as Marker setting.

Text Parameter Modification for Marker

You need to select some option under this icon. First click on check Part Info and check it. Then click and checked Vectoriel Font. Then make font size 12 because 12 is standard size. You can change fonts name form here also. Please select gb fonts.  You can change your requirements. It is optional.  You need to click icon (Bit information Layout) right sight of part info and you can change the variable according to your requirements.  After that check Heading. After clicking check box of Heading you can change variable of the icon (Heading definition).  Heading definition  is located right sight of Heading. In Heading definition icon please hold the shift key and select Marker name, Length, Width, Date, Efficiency, Comments etc. Then click OK button. After setting all parameter under Text Parameter modification, don’t forget to click Save Icon. After that check Special Text. Then click OK. And click Save Icon.

Now click Text format. Here select Apparel and PLX, IBA. After that click Ok. And after that click Save Icon.

By default there is no setting job in machine parameter function

Geometry parameters modifications icon for Marker

From Geometry parameters modifications icon please select Grain line, Contour, T4, T7, T8, Blocking. In the icon of Blocking right sight make white line. Ensure white line icon of Grain line.  Ensue Left arrow of Grain line. Mark Tools – All selected.  Notches – All selected. That means select T2, T3, T5, T35, T36, Mofif etc from right sight. Then click OK. And click Save Icon.

This is also very similar to Marker setting.

Operating Icon for Marker

There is no setting in Operating Icon by default. You can change variable of Gap between marker, Splice mark, Common lines, Folded fabric, Transversal cut parameter, Frame etc. After that click OK. And click Save Icon.

Lock Icon for Marker and Pattern

Never Lock VigiPrint. If VigiPrint is locked accidentally than it must need to be uninstalled.

Garments Input module for Pattern

Double click Model Text Box. Select .mdl pattern file. Now change size No Nest to Complete Nest. After that click Add Command button. As a result the pattern file name will show in big text box of left sight of Vigiprint main window. Now click Send order button.

When you click send order button it will prompt you. And give you a message ” Please confirm the sending of the order. “ Then click OK. As a result the file will be stored in pattern folder. The file name will be (null).hpg. Change  (null).hpg into  desired file name.hpgl. Open desired file name.hpgl file with HPGL software and print it.

How to Open a Marker File

At first open vigiprint pattern maker software. Then double click Marker File Text box, Then select the marker file from the folder. Then select file type *.PLX. Then click Down arrow to select all option same. e.g. Marker Lib, Model Lib, Part Lib will be similar to Marker file text box. Then click Add Button. Now click Send order button. Now it will prompt you and give you a message “ Please confirm the sending of the order” Then click OK button. Now go to E:\Marker folder . Finally it will create a file under Marker folder named as (null).hpg. You need to rename the file (null).hpgl.  Open the (null).hpgl with HPGL software and vigiprint pattern maker software and print your file.
