Pack each article (sales unit) in a polybag.
Film thickness at least 0,04 mm made of polyethylene (PE).
Closing by self-adhesive flap.
Polybag must have air perforations for volume reduction + breathability.
Size of the polybag must correspond to the folded measurement of the garment ( Max. 10% larger than folded garments ).
The WARNING has to be printed clearly visible on the polybags which are bigger than 20×20 cm
Findings of Poly Bag Machine
Emergency exit light not connected with IPS. It is controlling by switch & some of time it is found switched off in working hours due to lack of proper monitoring. Ref- 03 of 05 lit exit boxes at the poly area found switched off during plant tour.
Huge dust & lint build up found at substation room. No exit lit box at the room. Caution found not in local language.
Aisles mark found block at poly area. Workers are appearing working on aisles mark.
03 No’s of Fire Extinguisher found totally blocked by poly and other substances.
Chemical not segregated, no secondary container at chemicals room, some are found on floor, MSDS not posted at chemical room, chemical not labeled in local language, Beside poly printing M/C some of high flammable chemical (like thinner) found outside the secondary container & the drums / container was without labeling.
Operators are not using PPE at work.
One poly cutting M/C is connected totally by loose wire & very risky wooden box is using for connecting point and also it is using at floor where workers are working scattered beside the cable. It is highly risky for both fire hazard and electrical shocking hazard for the workers.
Huge loose wire appears at poly section specially at the join of electrical wiring , plug, etc.
Ebonite sheet not installed inside electric panel board. Circuits are cover with plastic board which is made by flammable plastic does not serve the purpose.
Evacuation plan not match with floor and equipment lay out. Directions of evacuation map are found in English.
Firefighting equipment found not in proper number; stretcher, gas mask, fire extinguisher not meets the requirement. No lock cutter at fire hut
First aid box and drinking water station set up within fire equipment hut. It is obstruction for each other to operate the system
First aid box found with inadequate nos of equipment; some items are found missing. Two first aider not available at place. According to Mgt both of them are working at night shift. It to be properly allocated for the entire shift.

Huge flammable substances are kept under stair which may cause fatal situation in case of emergency.
No lit exit box at compressor room. It is remain hazardous with undue substances like cartons Poly bobbins and maintenance equipment.
