Setting-up a competence team equips your company with a contact point capable and responsible for questions about cleaner production, efficiency improvements and environmental upgrades. For a better integration and to facilitate change acceptance, involve employees responsible for business functions such as maintenance, production, health and safety, purchasing and transportation if possible. Furthermore it is important to afford the team members the necessary time for this additional work. Motivated staff and the commitment by management are key assets for the team’s success. |
