QC Department

• check material texture ( tool: calipers, standard:approved sample
• check material thickness (tool: calipers, standard:approved sample)
• check printing content : text, graph,lines and dots (tool: visual,standard: approved sample
• check color (tool: X -rite,standard :approved sample, acceptance standard : pass if Δ E< 1) Length < 15cm > 15cm Width <10cm >10cm pass Toleranc ± 0.5 mm ± 1 mm
• check if shortage in package quantity (acceptance standard: fail if shortage,sample siz: MIL-STD-105E)
• barcod (tool: barcode scanner, acceptance standard: all are readable
• ink residues.paper wool, stained spot , ink permeate on back side , adhesive mark, scratches,drag marks, bubbles glue mark, stanted UV mark, UV damaged or other undesirabl phenomena (acceptance standard: fail if anyone found)
• check ink dot or dirt ( acceptance standard: pass if any I dot is < 1mm2 or 3 dot in 0.5 mm sample size:100% inspect)
• check burring on the edge, indentation,incomplete die cut,die cut counter,die cut wrongly,blasting on the
• border areas, burst holes,color burst (acceptance standard: fail if anyone found)
• check if all processes are completed with production order
• check if size based on production order
• check if label outside the carton match with actual goods inside based on folder information
• check any damage carton box and damage inner packing(acceptance standard: MIL-STD-105E)
• if fail ,QC fill in << Rework/ Scrap Report>> Report keeps in QC Department
• if shortage due to high wastage, fill in << Quality Problem Report>> with defected sample and pass to QC supervisor. Report keeps in QC Department
